On the hills of Yaounde, Cameroon, from 22nd to 29th November 2014, the Cameroonian Chess Federation (FECADE) hosted the 2014 Zone 4.4 Individual Chess Championships with 5 countries represented in the Open and Women sections: Cameroon, Togo, Ghana, Burkina Faso and Nigeria.
Aside the competition, Trainers and Arbiters seminars were conducted for capacity building in the zone.
